Shipping policy

We ship across Canadian provinces and the continental U.S. Costs vary by size, weight, and location. Orders are delivered by courier or freight (depending on size of the order) —P.O. Boxes are not accepted.

u.s. orders

Recent tariff and customs changes may affect cross-border shipping costs and requirements. It is the buyer’s responsibility to handle any applicable customs clearance, brokerage fees, duties, and state/local taxes. Orders over USD $2,500 may require you to provide importer/tax information to U.S. Customs. Please refer directly to your courier for the most up-to-date charges and requirements:

refund & return policy

Custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for color, style, or size selection errors. Hinges may be returned only if unused.

Non-returnable items:

  • Handles, pulls, knobs
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

Eligible returns must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and requested within 30 days of delivery. We may require photos or a product inspection before issuing a refund or replacement.

Refunds are processed after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.
